A session with your agent

You talk to your agent in plain words, and your agent picks the tools. Copy a prompt below, and change the company or role to your own. The company names here are examples.

What is new in my Inbox?

Your agent lists the Relevant Postings with no Decision yet, newest first. A Posting with a Verdict shows its label, its Score, and a short reason. To see one company only, name its Board: “What is new at Postman?”

Judge the Postings that have no Verdict yet.

Your agent reads the text of each Posting and your Career Record. Then it writes a Verdict: strong, stretch, or skip. The Verdict has a Level for each Check, for each gate, and for the Location. SuperImpress calculates the Score from those Levels, the same way as for Autopilot. The Verdict shows in the app like any other, marked as your agent’s.

SuperImpress saves each Verdict when your agent writes it. If you stop the session part of the way through, the Verdicts that your agent already wrote stay.

Pursue the Postman Product Engineer role, and dismiss the backend one: wrong discipline.

When your agent pursues a Posting, SuperImpress opens an Application. A dismissal needs a reason, and your agent can add a note in your words. SuperImpress tells your agent to record a Decision only when you make it.

On Pro with Autopilot on, a pursued Posting starts Autopilot’s resume, which spends Credits. To have your agent make the resume for free, switch Autopilot off first. Then ask:

Make a resume for my Postman Application that leads with my checkout work.

Your agent chooses bullets from your Career Record. SuperImpress renders them word for word, on one page. Your agent gets a link to download the PDF and a link to the web page. The links work for one hour. On Pro, the PDF link downloads the PDF. On Free, it opens a page that says “Download PDF is on Pro”, and the web page link opens the resume.

Draft a cover letter for my Postman Application.

Your agent writes the letter, and SuperImpress saves it as a new version. SuperImpress does not compare the letter with your Career Record, so check it yourself before you send it. You can copy the letter from its Application in the app.

For an outreach message, name the person and say how you know them:

Draft an outreach message to Priya at Postman. We worked together at Beta.

If you give no name, the message is unaddressed. If the Posting has a link, the message must include that link. You send every letter and message yourself.

Add this posting I found on Reddit: <paste the advert>

Your agent adds the posting with the company, the role, and the advert that you pasted. Its Application opens at Pursuing at once, marked Private. If you have the link, give it to your agent too. SuperImpress only shows the link. It never opens it.

Nothing judges a posting that you added, because adding it was your decision. To learn how your Career Record reads against it, ask:

Read that Supabase posting against my record.

Your agent writes a Verdict on it for free. In the app, the same Verdict from Autopilot costs a Credit.

Move my Postman Application to interview.

The Stages are pursuing, applied, response, interview, offer. SuperImpress dates a move forward today, unless you give a date. The date cannot be in the future. A move back undoes a mistake: the Application forgets the Stages after the one it goes back to, and that Stage keeps its date. To close an Application, give a reason:

Close my Stripe Application. They rejected me.
