Your account
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”You sign in with a magic link. A magic link is a one-time sign-in link that SuperImpress sends to your email. You do not need a password.
To sign in with a magic link, type your email and select Send a magic link. Open the link in the email within 10 minutes. Each link works one time only.
The sign-in screen can also show Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub. If it shows one, you can select it to sign in with that account instead.
SuperImpress sends at most one magic link to an email address every two minutes. If you ask for another link too soon, the sign-in screen tells you how many seconds to wait. Before you ask again, look for the first email, also in your spam folder.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Settings has four sections: Account, Plan and Credits, Connect your agent, and Leaving. For Plan and Credits, see Billing. For Connect your agent, see Connect your agent.
Your account in Settings
Section titled “Your account in Settings”Open Settings, then Account. The Your account card shows:
- Email: The email that you sign in with.
- Signs in with: Email link if you sign in only with a magic link. If you have signed in with Google or GitHub, it shows Google, GitHub, or both.
- Daily digest: A switch under the line “One email a day, only when there’s something to say”. The switch is off until you turn it on.
Where you can work, on your resumes
Section titled “Where you can work, on your resumes”Open Settings, then Account. Under Resumes, the switch “Say where you can work on your resumes” is off until you turn it on.
When it is on, Autopilot adds one line under the links at the top of each resume. The line says where you are free to work or can transfer your visa, and any security clearance that is active. It prints only for a job in one of those countries. It leaves out the country that you live in, because your address already says it. For example, if you live in Hyderabad and apply in Bengaluru, the line is not printed.
The line never says that you need sponsorship. Resumes that you made before you changed the switch stay as they are. You or your agent can still add the line to one resume in the Selection. Where you can work is on your Target.
Open Settings, then Account. Under Appearance, choose System, Light, or Dark. System follows the setting of your device. SuperImpress keeps your choice in this browser only, so a different browser starts on Light.
Daily digest
Section titled “Daily digest”The daily digest is an email about what changed since the last digest. It can list:
- New strong Verdicts on Postings that are still in your Inbox, each with its Score
- Postings that you pursue and that closed
- On the day that Autopilot runs out of Credits, the number of Postings that wait
For each Posting, the email gives the company and the title. It never includes the text of a Posting or the reasons for a Verdict. One digest lists at most ten Postings and says how many more are in your Inbox.
A posting that you added yourself is never in the digest. The digest reports what the Scans found. You asked for each Verdict on a posting that you added, so you saw it already.
SuperImpress sends the digest at 07:00 UTC, at most once a day. On a day with nothing new, it sends nothing. The next digest then also covers that day.
The digest is off until you turn it on. You can turn it on at the end of setup, or in Settings, then Account. The next digest starts from the moment that you turn it on. It does not send you what happened before. To stop the digest, turn off the switch in the same place. If you turn it off a few minutes after 07:00 UTC, the email for that day can already be on its way.
Your data
Section titled “Your data”The app has no button to export your data. To keep a resume, cover letter, or outreach message, download or copy it. To get a copy of all your data, write to support@superimpress.com. SuperImpress sends the copy as a file within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy.
Leaving
Section titled “Leaving”To delete your account, open Settings, then Leaving. Before you start, download or copy each resume, cover letter, or outreach message that you want to keep. Deleting your account deletes:
- Your Target and Career Record
- Your Watches and Relevance marks
- Every Verdict and Decision
- Every Application, Stage, and Asset
- Every Kit, with its versions and their stored files
- Every posting you added yourself
- Your Credit Ledger
An Asset is a resume, a cover letter, or an outreach message. Deleting your account also does these things:
- If you are on Pro, SuperImpress cancels your subscription with Dodo Payments at once.
- You lose your unspent Credits, pack Credits included, without a refund.
- Every agent that you connected loses its access.
Boards and their Postings stay, because they do not belong to you. Dodo Payments keeps the payment records that tax law requires. The backups of SuperImpress can hold a copy of your data for up to 30 days.
If you want a refund, ask for it before you delete your account. After your account is gone, SuperImpress cannot find the payment. See Refunds.
To confirm, type the email that you sign in with, then select Delete everything. You cannot undo this. When the deletion is done, the app shows the sign-in screen and the message Your account is deleted.
If deleting does not finish, the screen tells you. Select Delete everything again, and SuperImpress deletes what is left.
