Billing
Dodo Payments takes every payment for SuperImpress and emails you a receipt for each one. For what Pro and Credits give you, see Plans.
Upgrade to Pro
Section titled “Upgrade to Pro”- Select Upgrade to Pro. You can find it in the sidebar and in Settings, under Plan and Credits. On Free, each Download PDF button and the line on the Resumes screen also open it. On a phone, select Upgrade in the header.
- Choose Monthly or Quarterly. Quarterly shows how much you save over three monthly payments.
- Select Continue to payment. Then pay on the Dodo Payments checkout page.
In India, Pro and Credits are priced in rupees. Everywhere else, they are priced in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout. The Dodo Payments checkout page shows the total that you pay.
When you come back to SuperImpress, Settings shows a message while it waits for Dodo Payments to confirm your payment. You are on Pro as soon as Dodo Payments confirms it. Autopilot is then on, and your Daily Credit Limit is at the default.
Most payments are confirmed in less than two minutes. If the message stays longer than that, reload the page. A payment with UPI or an Indian card can take up to 48 hours to confirm.
Buy Credits
Section titled “Buy Credits”You can buy packs of Credits only on Pro.
- Open Settings, then Plan and Credits, and select Buy Credits. When Autopilot is paused until your Credits renew, the Inbox also shows Buy Credits.
- Choose a pack. Each pack shows its price and about how many Verdicts or letters it buys.
- Select Continue to payment. Then pay on the Dodo Payments checkout page.
The Credits of the pack appear when Dodo Payments confirms the payment.
Manage billing
Section titled “Manage billing”On Pro, Settings shows Manage billing under Plan and Credits. Manage billing opens the customer portal of Dodo Payments. In the portal, you can update your payment method or cancel Pro.
When you cancel, you stay on Pro until the end of the period that you paid for. The Plan card in Settings then shows the day that Pro ends.
When a renewal fails
Section titled “When a renewal fails”If Dodo Payments cannot take a renewal payment, the Plan card in Settings says so. Dodo Payments then tries again, and you stay on Pro until the end of your period.
If a renewal fails, update your payment method in Manage billing. If the renewal is still not paid at the end of the period, Pro ends. On Free, the Plan card then still shows Manage billing. Pay the renewal there to have Pro again.
When Pro ends
Section titled “When Pro ends”When Pro ends, these things happen:
- Autopilot stops.
- You can no longer download a resume as a PDF. You can still read every resume as a web page.
- Your Watches stay as they are.
- The pack Credits that you have left wait for you. You can spend them again when you come back to Pro.
Everything that you made stays in your account.
Credit Ledger
Section titled “Credit Ledger”The Credit Ledger lists every change to your Credits, newest first, with your balance after each change. Your balance is always the sum of the Ledger. The Ledger appears after the first change to your Credits.
To see the Ledger, open Settings, then Plan and Credits, and go to the bottom of the page. Each row shows When, What, For, Credits, and Balance. The Ledger shows 50 rows on a page. To see other pages, select Newer or Older.

Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”You can ask for a refund of a Pro payment within 7 days of the payment. You can ask for a refund of a pack within 7 days, but only before you spend any of its Credits. To ask, write to support@superimpress.com from the email that you sign in with. Include the receipt or order ID from Dodo Payments. The Refund Policy gives all the rules.
A refund is always money, never Credits. If SuperImpress refunds a Pro payment, you move to Free at once, and your subscription ends so that it does not renew. SuperImpress also takes back the unspent Credits of that month. Packs that you bought separately are kept, and you can spend them again when you are back on Pro. If SuperImpress refunds a pack, it takes back the unspent Credits of that pack. The Ledger shows both as Revoked after refund.
